If there is any discrepancy, your orders will be cancelled. Sometimes, we cancel the product when the product is outside our inventory, or when there is an error in the pricing details or product information. We hold every right to check extra information about our customers before accepting their orders. We notify the customer immediately if the order is cancelled wholly or partially or if any extra information must be collected from the customer to accept the order. A customer can cancel the order before it is dispatched from us. In such cases, a pre-dispatch cancellation fee of 2% of bill amount will be deducted and the remaining 98% will be refunded to the customer’s account within ten working days. Order for gold coins, watches, show-piece items and customized products cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. In the case of ordinary ornaments’ purchase, if a customer wants the money back, then making charges along with the stone charges (if any) of the purchased product will be deducted and the balance amount will be paid to the customer within ten working days. If a customer wants to exchange the purchased product with some other item, then making charges along with the stone charges (if any) of the already purchased product will be deducted and the balance amount will be adjusted against the currently purchased product’s bill amount. If the amount has been deducted from the customer’s account and the transaction fails, then the amount paid will be fully refunded to the customer’s account within 72 hours.
